Mandi Blake， you Romance genius， you did it again！ You wrote a story that swept me away from the first chapter， hooked me throughout the rest of the book， and made me feel all of the feels！ I truly loved this story of redemption！ You follow Lyric， a woman with a troubled past who has worked hard towards the renewal she desperately needs in life。 Right when things seem to be falling apart for her， she saves Asa from a wild snow storm。 Luckily， her and Asa are stuck staying at a beautiful cabin， f Mandi Blake， you Romance genius， you did it again！ You wrote a story that swept me away from the first chapter， hooked me throughout the rest of the book， and made me feel all of the feels！ I truly loved this story of redemption！ You follow Lyric， a woman with a troubled past who has worked hard towards the renewal she desperately needs in life。 Right when things seem to be falling apart for her， she saves Asa from a wild snow storm。 Luckily， her and Asa are stuck staying at a beautiful cabin， fully stocked with food， and a generator。 It seems like a fairy tale dream， being locked away from the world with an attractive and kindhearted guy。 Except when she realizes that Asa is the cop who has arrested her before。Feelings are developed quickly however Lyric holds back until she can’t keep the secret to herself anymore。 Right as their relationship could begin to develop， her past yet again steals away her pursuit of joy。 How could a cop have a romantic relationship with a recovering addict？ However Jesus can do anything！ He can take ashes and turn it into beauty and that’s exactly what happens within this story。 With some breath hitching suspense and drama along the way， that gives you such a ride while causing your heart to swoon！ This book earned the 5 stars rating and it probably one of my top favorite Mandi Blake Stories。 If you haven’t checked her out yet， please do！ Her Christian romances pack a bunch of emotions that make for a wonderful reading experience。 。。。more

This was a beautifully written， faith inspired romance。 I loved the forced proximity of the first part of the book - and then watching them navigate their lives after the snowstorm made them more tangible in my mind。 Mandi includes a few surprise twists that keep you guessing throughout！！I cannot wait to read the next installment in this series 💙

Good readI read the original version of this story and I liked it。 This extended version is a lot better。 You get to know Asa and Lyric in a more in-depth way that makes their story even more terrific。 I would recommend this story to any reader that enjoys clean stories with lots of depth。

Love in the Storm is a Christian romance of redemption， grace and second chances。 I did not put down this well written book as a redeemed Lyric takes care of an injured Asa while they wait out a blizzard in a rental cabin she was cleaning。 It was great that Asa finally got his story。 I love his family and am eagerly awaiting the next book in this heartwarming series。

Whew！ Love in the Storm is a fabulous clean Christian romance with chemistry between Asa and Lyric that’s out of this world amazing。 And if you don’t really love the snowed in trope， just try this one it isn’t the typical storyline。 This one has all the feels in it from tears to laughter to sighs that it’s over。 After a book like this， it’s hard to find anything else to read that even comes close to being that good。
